1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for any reason within 15 days of delivery.
Requests made after 15 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Order number
Reason for return (for internal reference only)

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours and provide a prepaid return shipping label.


3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of use or damage
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials

⚠️ Products showing any signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage that affect resale value will be rejected for refund.


4. Restocking Fee
A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and reconditioning for resale.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free of charge when using the prepaid label provided by GOCOX
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

7. Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

The return request is made after the 15-day window
The item has been used, damaged, or altered
The product is missing original packaging or components

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos or videos as proof

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost


9. Abuse & Policy Protection
To maintain fairness and protect our customers:

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of abuse or excessive return activity
GOCOX GOLF reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy
