To ensure timely and secure delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide and partner with industry-leading carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, and truck freight (for bulk orders). This allows us to speed up delivery times.


1. Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–2 business days to process after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for tracking updates, as minor delays may occur with local carriers. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

2. Delivery Time
2.1: Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address.

2.2: Delivery times vary by destination region:

Worldwide Shipping — Free Delivery

Canada and the United States: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days (approximately 1 week) after shipment.

Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore: Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days (approximately 2 weeks) after shipment.

Other Countries: Most orders arrive within 15–28 business days (3–4 weeks) after shipment.

3. Order Tracking
3.1: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from support@gocoxgolf.com containing your shipping carrier and tracking number.

3.2: Alternatively, track your order by visiting the SUPPORT > Track Your Order section in the header menu of our website. Enter your Order ID and email address to view real-time updates.

4. Address Changes
4.1: Address changes are free of charge if requested before we provide your tracking number. Excessive or repetitive requests may incur a $25 administrative fee.

4.2: Address changes cannot be accommodated after the tracking number has been issued.

5. Order Cancellations
5.1: To cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund with no additional fees.

5.2: Once the product has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details
6.1: All orders include free shipping.

6.2: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for delivering the goods safely to the destination, while the buyer is responsible for import duties.

Transit Time (Canada and the United States): 5–7 business days (approx. 1 week)

Transit Time (Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore): 10–14 business days (approx. 2 weeks)

Transit Time (Other Countries): 15–28 business days (3–4 weeks)

6.3: Customers in Germany and Italy are required to provide a tax number. If you are a customer from Germany or Italy, please ensure you have a tax (EORI/ZOLL) number before placing your order, and include it in the order details.

8. Damaged Package / Item
8.1: Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

8.2: We may require photos of the damaged item and/or packaging.

8.3: Upon return, a refund or replacement will be issued.

The actual delivery date may be delayed by 1–2 business days due to various factors (such as transportation delays, weather conditions, etc.).
