Within 5 years from the date of purchase:

• If any accessories (including wheels, handles, TSA lock, interior straps, or zippers) are damaged, we provide free repair service.
  During the first year, round-trip shipping costs are covered by us.
• If the case shell is damaged beyond repair due to airline handling (non-human factors), we offer a free replacement, subject to airline damage confirmation and proof of purchase.
• If the damage is caused by misuse or external handling (including airline damage without valid proof), we recommend filing a claim with the responsible party or airline carrier.

After the warranty period, we continue to offer professional maintenance and repair services at a reasonable cost.
